1. Raw materials purchasing as per order’s requests, whole process quality supervision including fabric tension thickness tolerance, color difference, etc.
2. Fabric cutting and accessories preparation before the mass production.
3. Sewing together with cutting-pieces, sewing machine’s debugging, whole-process quality supervision including thread tension and stitch density, product size tolerance .etc.
4. Packing for the goods in the dust-free warehouse.
5. Quality inspection for each order of goods before delivery.
6. Delivery to forwarder’s warehouse to be ready for the shipment.
7. Container-loading for shipment with loading supervision photos.
8. Export clearance with export documents.
