Yes, the free samples can be offered within 3-7 working days.

10.  What express do you often use to send the samples?

We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or SF. It usually takes 3-7 working days.

11.  How to request sample merchandise?

1) After confirming your required products, you can request samples. We invite you to check the quality.

2) If you want a standard (unlabeled, unmarked) sample, we will send the free sample to you, but you need to pay for the sample’s freight fees.

3) If you need to change product size or any others specifications, email us details of those changes (preferably in pictures). We can renegotiate price.

12.  Can you offer customized service, such as customized logo on the product, customized inner packing and carton?

Yes, OEM and customization are available for you.

13.  Could you do the design for me?

That is our goal! We would like to design according to your ideas and information. Small changes can be made for free. However, large design changes will incur an extra fee.

14.  I am a designer, can you help me to produce the sample which we designed?

15.  What’s the shelf life of your products?

It’s about 3-5 years under the store condition.

16.  What about lead time for mass production ?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place order.

Generally speaking, the lead time is about 20-25 days. So we suggest that you start inquiry as earlier as possible.

17.  What is the usual shipping time?

The shipping time is usually 5 to 7 working days by express or by air, and 15 to 30 days by sea.

18.  Do you offer the delivery service or not?

Yes, we would like to introduce our forwarder to you, also it’s fine to cooperate with your forwarder if you have.

19.  Can you accept door to door service?

Yes, we can accept for saving your shipping time, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS and so on.

20.  What’s certificate can you offer during the export and import process?

C/O, Form A, Form E, Form F, the embassy or consulate signed C/O, CI, PL, etc.

21.  How about your payment term?

Normally it’s 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance will be paid 7 days before delivery.

22.  What’s the MOQ for each product?

It’s depend on the items you need, normally 5000pcs for gowns, 100,000pcs for face mask, shoe cover and arm sleeves. Or USD2000 in total amount.

23.  Can you accept small trial order?

Absolutely yes, small trial order would be the great beginning of long term business relationship for you and us.

24.  How can you assure your products quality?

We have strict quality control system, advanced equipment and high technology workers, each production process will be strictly checked.

25.  How does your factory do regarding quality control?

After you order from our factory, we will give you news including pictures or videos from our factory once or twice a week, anytime you can call us to know more details. If you need samples during production, we can send to you, also you can come and visit our factory.

“Quality is priority." We always attach great attention to quality control from raw materials to the very end. Our factory has gained CE, ISO authentication.

26.  How do you solve quality issues if any?

Our factory have strict QC standard and pay high attention to any quality issues during the production process. We will seriously investigate the reason of the problem and figure out the best solution to avoid same future issue. Meanwhile we will make up corresponding compensation to our clients anytime anywhere.

27.  What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

1) The material.

2) The printing colors.

3) The size of the products.

4) If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design for checking and samples will be best for clarifying.

28.  When can i get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after got your inquiry. If you are urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

29.  How to get the most reasonable price?

You can give us the products details, like color, size, weight, packing way and so on. The more, the better. We prefer to get your sample to analyze and check it if you can send us the sample. Then give you our best offer.

30.  I don't know the material or any other material information, how can I order this from you?

It's the best way if you can send us a sample, so we can give you a counter sample for checking the quality, also we will quote a price for you checking the cost according to your sample. After confirming all of this with us, you can contact our sales for an order.
